Here's a countdown for the remainder of the Bush presidency. And while I'm not one to recommend alcohol, the President might know that toasting with water is deemed to be bad luck. Apparently, it puts your approval rating underwater.

It is a tradition in the United States Navy that a toast never be made with water, this being said to indicate that the person so honored will be doomed to a watery grave. Toasting with water in general is believed to be bad luck.
