Harriet Miers, the perfect Bush pick
Geez - a crony with no judicial experience. What a shock. Sadly, she may be the best we can get. We'll have to see how the hearings go, but if she turns out to have ties to the usual suspects (Heritage Foundation, Federalist Society, etc.), this would be a great reason to break out the nuclear option.
