What's in the Estate Tax repeal bill?

Just wondering if the bill to repeal the estate tax contained some progressive goodies. It had better; 42 Democrats voted for it, including at least one liberal, the normally reliable Sheila Jackson Lee. Maybe it was the Orwellian name, namely the Death Tax Repeal Permanency Act. Let's hope the Senate has the good sense to crush it. My guess is that it doesn't stand a chance in the face of a little Harry Reid straight talk, but you never know...
