You owe the government $240,000. I don't care how it gets there, or who puts it back, but the Treasury is missing $240,000, and you, Dubya and Rod Paige were the only people in the room. We're going to turn our backs for five minutes during your inauguration, and when we turn around again, we had better see a Cashier's check for the full amount made out to the Treasury from somebody.

Update from Atrios/Eschaton: I grew up in Rochester (NY), a very Republican area that elects an excellent Democratic congresswoman (Louise Slaughter) on a reliable basis. She is leading the charge to try to get the fairness doctrine brought back. Go get 'em Louise! You rock!
