Hey wingnuts. Show some respect. Powell's support bought Dubya a ton of street cred in the 2000 election. You're fortunate that he bit his lip and tried to build a consensus for restraint in Iraq internally instead of taking his case to the American people.
It's a shame to see such a great man leave office so marginalized. He could have stopped the whole mess by taking his cause to the American people.
